Have you got a tree stump in an annoying place?
Stump grinding is the process of removing a tree stump by using a specialized machine called a stump grinder. The machine has a rotating cutting wheel that grinds the stump and roots into small wood chips, reducing the stump below ground level. Stump grinding is commonly performed after a tree is cut down to prevent regrowth, eliminate tripping hazards, and improve the appearance of the landscape. Unlike stump removal, which extracts the entire stump and root system, stump grinding is less invasive and quicker, but it leaves the roots in place underground.
